Doyle Tracy
Head Coach
Doyle’s connection to volleyball began in high school, inspired by his pastor—an alternate for the 1984 U.S. Men’s Olympic Team—whose passion for the sport left a lasting impression. Over the years, volleyball has taught him the importance of communication, cooperation, and finding joy even in the most crowded corners of the court. He believes mental toughness comes from staying present in the moment and having the grace to forgive and forget whatever challenges come his way. As both a player and a coach, Doyle leads by example, pushing through pain (never injury) and fostering an environment where his athletes can enjoy the game to its fullest. His pregame ritual is grounded and classic—listening to Lean on Me by Club Nouveau, a reminder that teamwork and trust are at the heart of every great performance.
