He approaches every game with the mindset that growth never stops, refining every touch and every aspect of his play. Volleyball has taught him confidence, teamwork, and how to bring out the best in others. For Tony, mental toughness means keeping perspective—laughing off mistakes, staying positive, and focusing on the next point.
